At Nekotwo Anime Merchandise, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite series. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new anime gear.
